Since moving in we have had nothing but great interactions with all the staff. Any issue we had they had resolved in 24 hours. They are kind and understanding. The neighbors are amazing as well. This resident has no complaints this far.

This is a wonderful community to live in. The office staff are all dedicated to treating the tenants great and completing work orders in a timely manner. The property manager, Alex, is very attentive and keeps the community well manicured.

I absolutely LOVED living at Savannah Trace! Alex went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable moving into a place during an incredibly stressful time in my life. I lived there for about a year to and the only reason I moved out was because I wanted to be closer to my family on the east side of the state. I told them if I could just pick up my townhome and move it with me I would!! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a place in Kalamazoo to live at Savannah Trace!!

So far so good! My boyfriend, our dog and I have only been living at Savannah Trace for a few weeks but it already feels like home. Compared to the apartment complex we moved from, this place is a dream. The staff is awesome and our townhome is beautifully renovated with new appliances and flooring. I hope the future is just as wonderful here as the past weeks have been. Thank you Heather for showing us this place!
